Well, even though the house was on the market, I couldn't resist the temptation to plant a few spring crops. I should've done it sooner because as soon as those seeds hit the soil, we had an offer and acceptance on the house. :)

Knowing that we wouldn't be here to enjoy the fruits of our labor, I haven't added any summer crops. And, I've totally neglected the spring crops. And yet. . .

We've been enjoying fresh mixed-green salads. Kale, arugula, spinach, red leaf, and Rocky Top are all growing well despite my neglect. I guess we've had enough rain at just the right intervals to keep things growing well.
